We are throwing my friend a surprise birthday party for her 19th birthday. She lives in Irvine so we are going to surprise her in the afternoon at her house and then take her out to eat dinner somewhere in Orange County. We won’t/can’t be drinking and it will be a group of about 16 college students. I am looking for a really good restaurant where we can eat good food and celebrate her birthday in a really fun and unique way.
