Is Orange County In California Comparable To Dupage County In Illinois?

Are they similar to each other for anyone who’s been to both counties? Is Dupage County the Orange County of Illinois and vice versa? How would you compare the two?

Justin says:

DuPage County certainly is one of the wealthiest counties in the United States. Orange County isn’t because there are gangs and impoverished areas (esp. in Santa Ana). Sure Orange County has triple the amount of people as DuPage County but DuPage is by far richer and wealthier than Orange County.

Perro De Lava says:

I guess you can compare the two since both are upper class counties. But the similarities end there.
The OC is much larger and much more populated and alot more richer. You have many areas of O.C with homes well above 5 million as an example.
Plus the location is what makes the OC what it is. It is in between Los Angles and San Diego county, two of Americas largest cities. And you have the coastal cities and the mountain areas plus the large city areas
